Unless stated otherwise in writing, we act as an information and guidance platform. We are not a university, employer, or government authority. Admission decisions, fee policies, and program outcomes are determined solely by the respective institutions and third parties.

2. Account registration

Certain features require registration, including phone-based sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately at connect@careerbracket.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear fraudulent or abusive.

3. Counselling and mentor services

Counselling, mentorship, and advisory sessions are intended to provide general guidance based on the information you share and data available at the time of the session. Advice may vary depending on your goals, academic background, budget, and market conditions.

• Recordings, rescheduling, and cancellation policies for paid sessions will be communicated at the time of booking or payment.

4. Information accuracy

We work to keep university fees, course details, placement figures, and other listings accurate and up to date. However, institutions may change their offerings, fees, or policies without notice. You should verify all critical information directly with the university or official sources before making financial or academic commitments.

Tools such as calculators, predictors, and mock tests provide estimates or practice content only. Results are not guarantees of actual exam scores, eligibility, or admission outcomes.

5. Payments and refunds

Paid services on the Platform may be processed through third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay). By making a payment, you agree to the payment provider's terms and privacy practices in addition to ours.

• Prices, taxes, and applicable fees will be shown before you confirm payment.
• Refunds, if applicable, are handled according to the refund policy stated at checkout or in your booking confirmation.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, payment networks, or third-party processors.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Providing false, misleading, or impersonated information
