Dr. Safia Farooqui

Professor / Director

Prof. (Dr.) Safia Farooqui is a Professor and Director at Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth Centre for Online Learning. She has decades of experience in teaching and Learning. She has spent a lot of time researching how to become an effective teacher and ultimately, she became the one. She believes that her responsibilities are not just curriculum & teaching but also managing classrooms & learners’ engagement. She also has 2 Patents, 5 Copyrights & 64 National and International papers against her name.

Mr. Narsimha Rao Parcha

Professor of Practice

He has worked as Senior HR professional for 32 Years with rich Corporate Experience in the entire gamut of HRM and Corporate Strategy of reputed conglomerates. Worked in Leadership roles for various Change Management, Corporate Strategy and Global HR Initiatives of different industrial sectors. He is professionally qualified with MSW-HR, LLB, LLM, PGDIAE&D and worked as Senior Vice President - HR for Reliance Industries, Aditya Birla Group, MSN Pharma and worked as HR Head for L&T, British American Tobacco Group, BPL and Coal India Limited (SCCL). Now he is associated with DPUCOL as Professor of Practice, to effectively synchronize the academics into practice and to enhance industry-Academia collaborations.

Prof. Dr. Akesh Agrey

Professor of Practice

With over 23 years of illustrious work experience in the dynamic realm of the Healthcare sector, have served in Sr. Leadership capacities (GM, Head - HR) at diversified healthcare houses. Expertise lies in the innovative conceptualization, Learning & Development, and seamless implementation of transformative yet strategic initiatives, as well as Recruitment & Selection practices. Adaptable as a skilled change agent and a visionary thinker, possess a profound understanding of the pivotal levers in Strategic Human Resource Management especially at Jupiter Hospital, Jehangir Hospital, D Y Patil Hospital, M.G.M. Medical College & Hospital, Fortis Hospital, DMIMS etc. He is currently also associated with DPUCOL as Professor or Practice.

Dr. Sambhajiraje S. Patil

Professor

He is a professor for Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management at DPU COL. His qualifications include a BE, MBA, Ph. D.. in Management and certifications from IIT and IIM Ahmadabad. He has extensive experience in industry, education, research, and consultancy. Recognized as an Advisor in a global virtual contest and a Project Guide in IRIS, He has contributed to ODL, community development, and skills projects at a top-ranking university. He have successfully mentored budding entrepreneurs and womenpreneurs, leading SME development projects.

Dr. Yogesh Jojare

Associate Professor

He is the faculty for Hospital administration and HR. He is working as an Associate Professor at the DPU Centre for Online Learning, Pune. He has done BHMS, MBA and he has completed Ph. D.. in Management Science. He has a total of 13 years of experience out of which he has 10 years of teaching experience and 3 years of industry experience. He has also published many research papers on management science and is involved in research activities.

Dr. Malleshappa T. Bhagawati

Associate Professor

He is working as Associate Professor at Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Centre for Online Learning, Pune. Having an experience of more than 25 years in Teaching and 5 years in Industry, Training and Consultancy. He has taught UG students in various subjects such as Production and Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Total Quality Management etc. Also taught for IGNOU students in subjects like Management of Machines and Materials, Logistics and Supply Chain Management,Materials Management. He has published more than 12 research papers in International Journals and his 5 research papers are in Scopus Indexed Journals.

Ms.Vishakha Kuwar

Assistant Professor

Ms. Kuwar, BE(CSE), MBA(IBM), UGC- NET(Management) working as Assistant Professor. She is also the founder of the startup company. She has 5 years of teaching experience and 4.5 years of industrial experience and served both service and product-based industries. Her areas of expertise are in International Business Operations, International and Domestic Marketing, Production & Operation Management and IT management. She has also published research papers in three National & five International level Conferences.

Mr. B. V. Marathe

Academic Advisor

Mr. Marathe has completed M.Sc (Applied Electronics) from Osmania University in 1979 and has more than 43+ years of rich academic and corporate experience. He has served as a Deputy Director in Symbiosis Institute of Telecom Management for 10 years and 4 years as a director of academics in MIT School of Telecom Management. He has also served in Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning as an academic advisor. Currently, he is associated with DPUCOL.

Mr Lothar Pirc

Professor of Practice

He is the owner and CEO of the Maharishi Ayurveda Health Centre in Bad Ems, Germany since 1992. The state-recognized clinic is one of Europe's leading and repeatedly awarded institutions for Ayurvedic treatments. He was course leader of international Transcendental Meditation (TM) teacher training courses and has worked on deepening of the meditation practice, study of consciousness as a field of all possibilities, Vedic Literature, Maharishi Ayurveda, Vedic Management and various international projects under the personal guidance of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi at Maharishi Vedic University in Vlodrop, Netherlands. He is the founding president of the German Foundation for the Promotion of Vedic Culture and many more. He is currently also associated with DPUCOL as Professor or Practice.

Prof. (Dr.) Saurav Bhowmik,

Consultant

With rich Experience of 25 years in Hospital Management as a Consultant in Hospital employee training, Quality Management, Profit Centre Operations, Strategic Planning and Management, and placement of candidates in various hospitals and healthcare facilities. As a writer and author, he had participated in various national and international conferences in Hospital and healthcare. He is a member and fellow of Ithe nternational Society for Quality in Healthcare. (ISQUA) and member ofthe American College of Healthcare Administrator, USA. (ACHCA). NABH certified Assessor and Consultant with rich experience of 15 years in mentoring hospitals for NABH Accreditation.

Dr. Yogesh Kumar Jain

He is an expert in academic delivery for Finance, Accounts & Financial Services related courses. And has rich & versatile Academic & Corporate experience and worked at different academic & administrative levels with many reputed Universities. He has guided many scholars who got awarded Doctorates under his guidance & have implemented new courses for Postgraduate and Undergraduate degrees including Certificate programs. Dr. Jain has contributed in higher education with many Academic Research & Publications published in various reputed National & International Journals. He is also actively involved in writing books & book chapters.

Dr. Mustafizul Haque

He is an Associate Professor of Marketing Management at DR. D.Y. PATIL VIDYAPEETH'S CENTRE FOR ONLINE LEARNING). He obtained a B.com, M.B.A, Lucknow, a Doctoral Degree in 2015, M.Com and M.B.A (Fire & Safety Management). Professor HAQUE has served 13 Years as fa faculty member He has contributed more than 40 Paper in SCI, ABDC, Springer, Scopus Index, National, International journals, Conferences, Seminars, FDP, MOUs,and Ten Textbook Published, and Eight Patent.

Mr. Amul Suryakant Tamboli

He has assorted total work experience of over eighteen years. He has worked in the corporate field with leaders like Godrej, WNS, ICICI Bank & HDFC Bank for five years in managerial capacities handling sales teams, marketing strategies, customer services, new branch launches, etc. & since the last thirteen years,s he is associated with academic field as Assistant Professor in Marketing and Banking area. He has published nine research papers in reputed International Journals & Conferences. Presently pursuing his PhD in Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He is also SET certified in the subject of Management.

Ms. Asmita Arun Kamble

She is currently associated with DPU University as an Assistant Professor for Digital Marketing. She has a Bachelor's degree B. Tech in EXTC and she holds a dual master's degree in MBA (Marketing) & PGPM (IT). She has also qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) in Management conducted by UGC. Having an experience of 2 years of teaching UG and PG students. Has published and presented 3 research papers at National and International level conferences.
